How it works for you

Three steps before any employer sees your name.

Your caseworker uploads

They upload your resume to Astris HR in any of 35+ supported languages — or describe your background if you don't have a resume on file. Astris reads it and builds a profile.

You review

You get an email in your native language with a private link. You see exactly what Astris read about you — skills, languages, work history, education. Approve, or reject with a reason.

Then matching

Only after you approve does your profile enter matching. Astris finds jobs that fit. You and your caseworker get notified each time there's a strong match. You decide what to do next.

Your data is yours

Astris does not share your profile with any employer until you explicitly approve it. You can reject the profile at any time. You can ask for it to be re-parsed with corrections.

Your language is respected

Communications go out in your native language. Validation emails. Match notifications. Day-1, 7, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 SMS check-ins. All in the language you speak at home.

Your story is preserved

Astris HR Model preserves foreign credentials and former occupations exactly as you described them. A nursing degree from Damascus stays a nursing degree from Damascus. Your seven years of farm supervision stays seven years of farm supervision.

You see what employers see

Every match shows the same evidence to everyone — you, your caseworker, the employer. The score breakdown, the gaps, the transferable-skill bridges, the rationale. No back-channel decisions.

After the hire, we stay in touch.

Day 1 we ask how it's going. Day 7 we check in. Day 30, 60, 90, 180, 365. If you need transportation help, childcare, language support, or anything else, your caseworker hears about it. You're not alone after the first paycheck.
