Your caseworker adds you
They send your resume to Astris HR. We support more than 35 languages. No resume? They can just tell us about your background. Then we read it and make your profile.
You check it
We email you in your own language with a private link. You see what we wrote about you — your skills, languages, past jobs, and school. You say yes, or you tell us what is wrong.
Then we look for jobs
We only look for jobs after you say yes. We find jobs that fit you well. You and your caseworker hear from us each time we find a good one. You choose what to do next.

Your information is yours
We do not share your profile with any employer until you say yes. You can say no at any time. You can ask us to fix it and read it again.
Your language is respected
We write to you in your own language. When we email you to check your profile. When we find a job for you. And when we check in with you after you start work — on day 1, day 7, and at 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days. Always in the language you speak at home.
Your story is kept
We keep your degrees and past jobs from your home country just as you told them to us. A nursing degree from Damascus stays a nursing degree from Damascus. Your seven years leading a farm stay seven years leading a farm.
You see what employers see
For every job, everyone sees the same thing — you, your caseworker, and the employer. How well the job fits you, what skills you already have, and what you may still need. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is decided in secret.
After the hire, we stay in touch.
On day 1 we ask how it is going. On day 7 we check in again. And again at 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days. Do you need help with a ride, childcare, language, or something else? Just tell us, and your caseworker will know. You are not alone after your first paycheck.
