Candidates confirm their own profile

Astris HR reads the resume, then sends the candidate a simple review link in their own language. Only profiles the candidate has confirmed enter matching.

The review flow

A single link by email or text. No account to create, no app to download, nothing to slow the candidate down.

Side-by-side review

The original resume on one side, the profile Astris HR built on the other. The candidate sees exactly what an employer would see.

In their language

The review page and the notification appear in the candidate's preferred language. The profile itself stays in English so it can be matched to jobs.

Approve or correct

One tap to approve. Simple fields to fix any line that's wrong. Every correction teaches Astris HR to read the next resume better.

Reject and restart

If the whole profile is off, the candidate can reject it and have it read again — or hand off to a caseworker when there's no resume to start from.

Quality rating

The candidate rates the profile 1 to 5. A low rating automatically sends it back for a closer, more careful pass.

One-time and time-limited

Each review link works once and then expires. There are no accounts to break into and no passwords for anyone to steal.

Claim vs. evidence

Nothing enters matching that the profile can't back up

Before the candidate ever sees the review link, Astris HR checks each line of the profile against the original document. Anything it can't point to a source for is held back, not passed along.

What the profile claimed
  • Forklift operation, 4 years
  • Fluent English
  • Available for night shift
What the evidence shows
  • Cited: warehouse role, 2019–2023
  • Cited: intake language assessment
  • ! No source — held for candidate to confirm

Why we built it this way

The usual approach is riskier: software writes a profile, a recruiter trusts it, and the mistake only comes to light at the worst possible moment.

Protects the candidateFrom errors that undersell their experience, list skills they don't have, or name the wrong employer. They catch it before anyone else does.
Protects the employerNo one is matched on a skill that isn't real. The profile that reaches a recruiter is one the candidate personally stands behind.
Protects the orgCaseworkers can show the candidate signed off, and funder audits get a clean, clear record.
Keeps improvingEvery correction teaches Astris HR to do better. Your team can see where profiles go wrong, broken down by document type and language.
