Matching you can review, line by line
Every match score is built from seven clear factors, and you can see how each one adds up. Recruiters get the full breakdown, the gaps, the related skills that transfer from past work, and a plain-language reason for the score. Nothing is hidden.
The seven factors
For every candidate and job, we give a score from 0 to 100 on each factor. The factors that matter most count for more toward the final match score.
Direct skill matches, plus related skills from past work that carry over to the job. Skills the job requires count for more than ones that are only nice to have.
The candidate's years of experience against what the job asks for. Full credit once they meet the requirement, with the biggest gains for those just starting out.
The languages the job needs against the ones the candidate lists. Any shortfall is shown clearly, so a recruiter can decide whether training can close the gap.
How far the candidate lives from the job, with the score easing down as the commute grows past their limit. Remote jobs are handled directly, and we fall back to a state match when an address isn't on file.
Whether the candidate is available for the shifts posted. This catches the quiet dealbreaker — a great candidate who can't work the hours.
Required credentials like forklift, CDL, or ServSafe. A missing certification shows up as a flagged gap rather than sinking the score, since some are easy to earn.
How the candidate can get to work — own vehicle, public transit, or rideshare — checked against whether the job is reachable by transit and offers parking.
What each match includes
We save everything that went into a match score. That makes it easy to review a match, and to re-score candidates if your priorities change.
| Score by factor | A score from 0 to 100 for each of the seven factors. Recruiters can sort, filter, and set a minimum on any of them. |
| Overall score and recommendation | An overall score from 0 to 100, along with a recommendation level: recommended, strong, moderate, weak, or not recommended. |
| Gaps | A clear list of what's missing — skills, certifications, language, or a longer-than-expected commute. Shown as warning tags on the match card. |
| Related skills that transfer | The skills from past work that carry over to this job, and how closely they fit. Shown in the written summary and in the score breakdown. |
| Written summary | A short two-to-four sentence explanation of the score. Saved after the first view so it opens instantly next time. |
| Version | A record of which version of the scoring produced the result. If the scoring is updated, you can compare old and new results side by side. |
